Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project before any design work has begun and receive a full refund of any payments made.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, refunds will be issued only for the portion of the work that has not yet been completed. The amount refunded will depend on the progress of the project at the time of cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • No design work has been started.

  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service.

  • Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before completion.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both the client and Aura Benlab.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • Final design files have been delivered.

  • The project has been completed according to the agreed scope.

  • The client changes their mind after approving the work.

  • Delays occur due to the client's failure to provide required information, feedback, or materials.

  • Additional revisions or services requested outside the original project scope.

Revisions

Our goal is your satisfaction. Most design packages include a specified number of revisions, as agreed before the project begins. We encourage clients to use these revision opportunities to ensure the final design meets their expectations before project completion.

Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your name

  • Project details

  • The reason for your refund request

  • Any supporting information

Each request will be carefully reviewed, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund has been approved, it will typically be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
